Military Justice

I served for 14 years on active duty and served two (2) tours overseas. As a result military justice has been an important part of my life for many years. I have served on extended active duty three times: first as an infantry soldier with the 101st Airborne Division, later as a member of the Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps, and finally as a military prosecutor and team chief involving complex war crime cases.

In 2010, I served as lead prosecutor in the trial of Ibrahim al Qosi, an al-Qaeda member and bodyguard to Osama bin Laden incarcerated at the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

As a military defense counsel and senior military prosecutor, I have an extremely thorough understanding of military law. I have handled a wide variety of significant cases involving murder, rape, sexual assault, armed robbery and other offenses. Let me use my decades of experience to relentlessly champion your rights.
